As part of our continued commitment to quality, NPI has two stationary CMM’s and two mobile CMM’s or Romer Arms. This equipment allows us to inspect many tight tolerance geometries that would be impossible to check with conventional inspection equipment. NPI also has full calibration records and inspection schedules for over 3000 conventional pieces of measuring equipment (mic’s, calipers, etc.). All equipment is marked with the last date of calibration and the next scheduled calibration date.
